{"id":3524,"date":"2022-05-25T07:34:15","date_gmt":"2022-05-25T07:34:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hotellerv1.themegoods.com\/cultural\/?page_id=3524"},"modified":"2025-04-29T15:29:21","modified_gmt":"2025-04-29T07:29:21","slug":"terms-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.embunresort.com\/lakesahom\/terms-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms &#038; conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-booking-process\"><strong>Booking Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Individual Bookings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>deposit of RM50 per room<\/strong> is required <strong>upon check-in (Cash Only)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One the booking is confirmed, <strong>dates cannot be changed<\/strong> and <strong>payments are non-refundable<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Group Bookings (Family Day &amp; Team Building)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Booking are confirmed once a <strong>50% deposit<\/strong> of the total invoice is made.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>RM300 refundable deposit<\/strong> is required upon check-in and will be refunded after room inspection upon check-out.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>number of participants (pax) cannot be reduced<\/strong> once confirmed. <strong>Payments are non-refundable<\/strong>, but you may <strong>add more participants or rooms <\/strong>depending on availability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We only accept <strong>online bank transfers. Cash and cheques are not accepted<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-check-in-amp-check-out\"><strong>Check-in &amp; Check-out<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Guests must check-in and check-out by the times stated below;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Check-in<\/strong> : From <strong>3:00 PM to 11:00 PM<\/strong> on day of arrival<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Check-out<\/strong> : By <strong>12:00 PM<\/strong> on day of departure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cancellation-amp-non-arrival-conditions\"><strong>Cancellation &amp; Non-Arrival Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Once the booking is confirmed, payments are not refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non-arrival guests, who are unable or fail to attend for whatever reason. payments are not refundable and date of check-in is not allowed to change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-damages-amp-lost-property\"><strong>Damages &amp; Lost Property<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages<\/strong> caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, and damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise damage and associated costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during a stay will be held for a period of 1 month<\/strong>. While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners we accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belonging before checking-out. We may offer to post lost items via recorded delivery at the cost of the property owner, otherwise collection can be arranged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-smoking\"><strong>Smoking<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Smoking of any tobacco products<\/strong> including, but not limited to <strong>cigarettes, pipes, e-cigarettes, e-liquids, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco<\/strong>, is <strong>only allowed in designated areas <\/strong>as sign posted throughout the accommodation grounds and is in accordance with the <strong>Health Act 2006<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-alcohol-drink\"><strong>Alcohol drink<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We are muslim resort operator<\/strong> and we are sorry to inform you that <strong>we don&#8217;t allow alchohol drink in our resort compound<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-parking\"><strong>Parking<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Where on-site parking is provided guests accept that <strong>they park their vehicles at their own risk<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Booking Process Individual Bookings Group Bookings (Family Day &amp; Team Building) We only accept online bank transfers.
